1. Exchanges
* Case-by-Case Basis: Exchanges are not guaranteed and are evaluated on an individual basis.
* Subject to Availability: If an exchange is approved, it is strictly subject to current stock availability. We cannot “hold” or guarantee replacement items in advance.

How to Initiate an Exchange
If you wish to request an exchange or store credit, please follow the steps below. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours.

Step 4: Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
Reminder: Customers are responsible for shipping costs and ensuring the package reaches us safely. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Step 5: Quality Check & Resolution
Upon receiving the item, our quality control team will inspect it.

If stock is available: We will ship your replacement.

If stock is unavailable: A digital credit note will be sent to your registered email/phone.
