Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Whiz Web Solution, we are committed to providing our clients with top-quality services. We always strive to deliver exceptional results within the promised timeline. However, we understand that there may be some situations where you may need to cancel our services and request a refund. Therefore, we have set out our Refund & Cancellation Policy below:

Cancellation Policy:

  1. You can cancel any of our services within 7 to 10 working days of service agreement via prescribed cancellation. You can email us at info@whizwebsolutions.com for cancellation.

  2. Cancellation requests for services availed with promotional offers are not entertained.

  3. Cancellation requests for domain name registration and domain name transfer are not entertained.

  4. A service agreement automatically gets canceled if you don’t make the next payment within 10 working days.

  5. We will not refund any fees in case of project cancellation.

Refund Policy:

  1. Our refund policy differs from service to service. Please refer to the service agreement for details.

  2. If a refund is approved, we will deduct the amount for the work already done.

  3. Administrative fees or installation charges would not be refunded in any case.

  4. Taxes paid on services to regulatory bodies would not be refunded.

  5. If you have violated the terms and conditions of our policy, we reserve the right to cancel the agreement and not refund you anything.

  6. We will not refund if any kind of delay or service disruption happens because of third party involvement.
